Product Introduction：This product belongs to crystalline silicon aluminate, it's a kind of micro-pink spherical product, a special molecular sieve/zeolite for rich-oxygen production,applicable for PSA(VPSA) device, use air as raw material, seperating for rich-oxygen, also known as Lithium molecular sieve/zeolite. Under normal or pressurized conditions,it has the performance of preferentially adsorbing nitrogen in air. Fill this product in PSA(VPSA) device,the circulating process of adsorption and desorption is realized through the control of program-controlled valve, so as to separate the air and make rich-oxygen.
Technical Characteristics：Using our new developed high efficiency rich-oxygen molecular sieve/zeolite,it’s low investment, energy saving, power consumption per unit oxygen enrichment is 0.35-0.4kwh/Nm3O2
Oxygen Purity：25%-95%. The device has strong adaptability, and the output is adjustable under the rated production capacity of 25-110%. The rich-oxygen after purification treatment can fully meet medical-use oxygen standard. It has the advantage of short process, high oxygen yield, highly automation, convenient for switch on&off, initiating time less than half an hour.
Applications：Widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, oxygen welding and cutting, medical and sewage treatment.
